Hi there! I have a few photos of my son as Miguel from Coco and I cannot submit them for some reason! Help me out

First, let me say that I am new to deviantart. One of my students told me about it several years ago! Your stuff is very cool. I'm looking for advice, so here goes...
I work in Sparta High School in Sparta, Michigan with special needs kids. Some eight years ago, they started a dance for teens and adults with disabilities. This dance is a big production that consumes $10,000.00 that our students earn in two school businesses/get grants for/seek donations and not a penny is asked of our guests. The Best Prom Ever (name of our dance) has grown to over 400 guests last year and we're hoping for 600 this year! This coming dance, April 18, 2015, they have decided on the theme of Disney. Being a geek and loving comic conventions and geek culture, I though it would be cool if we could get some cosplayers to come to the event as Disney characters and take photos with the guests. I believe many of our guests would be wowed and believe that the cosplayers really are their favorite Disney characters!
As cosplayers, what would entice you to come to such an event? What kind of things would be helpful at the dance to assist your performance? Are there any who are interested?
